This policy explains what personal data Real Change Partner collects, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and what you can do about it. It sits alongside our Terms of Service, which contain the binding detail and the region-specific addenda for the EU and UK, Canada, and California. Where this policy summarises, the Terms govern.
Who is responsible for your data
Real Change Partner is jointly provided by Leading Real Change LLC and Keystone AI LLC. Both are responsible to you for how your data is handled.
| Contact | Responsible for | |
|---|---|---|
| Leading Real Change LLC | jk@leading-real-change.com | Methodology, content, research use of conversation data, enterprise accounts. Dr. Jacqueline Kerr is the designated privacy officer. |
| Keystone AI LLC | david@keystoneai.io | Platform build, hosting, infrastructure security, individual subscription billing. |
For any privacy request — access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent — contact jk@leading-real-change.com. We respond within 30 days, or 45 days for requests under the CCPA.
What we collect
When you use the tool
- Conversation transcripts. The full text of your conversations with the agent, including any plans it generates.
- Account information. Your name, email address, role, and organization.
- Usage data. Conversation frequency, plan type, confidence ratings, and satisfaction scores.
- Derived memory. We extract facts, preferences, and relationships from your conversations so the agent has continuity across sessions. This is stored as text and as vector embeddings, and as entries in a knowledge graph scoped to your account.
- Payment information. Handled entirely by Stripe. Card details are never held by, or accessible to, either company.
When you visit the public marketing page
The page at realchangepartner.com can load the Meta Pixel, which reports a page view to Meta along with the standard information a browser sends: IP address, user agent, referring page, and a Meta cookie identifier if you are logged into Facebook or Instagram. Whether it loads at all depends on where you are and what you have chosen — this is described in full under Cookies and tracking below.
If you arrive from one of our ads and answer the one-question role prompt, we store only the answer you selected and the campaign identifier from the link, in our own database. It is not sent to Meta or to anyone else, and the record is not linked to your name, email, or any account.
Why we collect it
- To deliver the tool and generate responses
- To give the agent continuity, so you are not starting over each time
- To improve the quality, accuracy, and diagnostic logic of the tool
- To conduct research on sustainability implementation patterns, using anonymized and de-identified insights
- To send follow-up check-ins, where you have opted in
- To manage your account and subscription
- To understand which of our messages reach the people we are trying to help
Dr. Jacqueline Kerr and authorized team members at both companies may review conversation transcripts for quality assurance and research. Everyone with access is under confidentiality obligations.
Cookies and tracking
We keep this deliberately small, and we would rather describe it plainly than bury it.
Inside the app
There is no advertising or analytics tracking anywhere in the signed-in product. No pixel, no third-party analytics, no session recording. The only cookies are the ones Supabase sets to keep you logged in, which are strictly necessary for the service to function.
On the public marketing page
The marketing page at realchangepartner.com can load the Meta Pixel. It reports a single PageView event. It does not track sign-ups, purchases, or any other action, and it is not present on any page you reach after logging in.
We use it to measure which advertised messages bring people to the site, and Meta may use it to build advertising audiences. It does not receive your name, your email address, your conversation content, or anything you type into the tool.
Whether it loads at all
If you appear to be in Europe, it does not load unless you say yes. You will see a short prompt on the marketing page, and until you answer it, nothing is sent to Meta. Declining is one click and is remembered.
We work out where you are from your browser's time zone, not your IP address or any account information. That is a rough signal and it can be wrong, so we err toward asking: the whole of Europe is treated as opt-in, and so is anyone whose time zone we cannot read.
Everywhere else the pixel loads by default, and we honor the "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals your browser can send. You can also turn it off here, whichever region you are in:
Checking your current setting…
Separately, most browsers let you block third-party cookies, and Meta offers ad-preference controls at facebook.com/adpreferences.
Who else processes your data
We use a small number of service providers. Each may process your data only for the purpose listed and may not use it for anything else. The authoritative list, including voice-mode providers, is Appendix A of the Terms.
| Provider | Purpose | Region |
|---|---|---|
| Anthropic, PBC | Language model inference. Does not train on API content under its commercial terms. | United States |
| Google LLC | Embedding model for semantic search of your conversation content. | United States |
| Supabase, Inc. | Authentication, database, vector storage, account and password emails. | United States |
| Hostinger International, Ltd. | Server hosting for the application, knowledge graph, and job queue. | United States (Boston) |
| Stripe, Inc. | Subscription payment processing. | United States |
| Twilio SendGrid | Follow-up check-in emails and reply processing. | United States |
| Meta Platforms, Inc. | Advertising measurement on the public marketing page only. Receives no account or conversation data. | United States |
Your data is stored and processed in the United States. If you are in the EU, the UK, or Canada, this is a cross-border transfer, and the relevant addendum in the Terms explains the basis for it and your rights.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your conversations with other users.
- We do not send your conversation content, account details, or derived memory to any advertising platform.
- We do not place advertising or analytics trackers inside the signed-in product.
How long we keep it
We keep your conversation data for as long as your account is active. We do not hold it on a timer and we do not retain it after you leave.
If you delete your account, we disable it immediately and permanently delete your conversations, your saved plans, and the memory derived from them after 30 days. The 30-day window exists so an accidental deletion can be undone — you can restore your account at any point during it. Once it closes, the deletion is irreversible.
Two things outlive that deletion, and we would rather name them than leave them implied. We may keep anonymized research findings that cannot be traced back to you. And we keep billing records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, because that obligation applies regardless of any promise we make here.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop a use you previously consented to.
If you are in the EU or UK, in Canada, or in California, you have additional specific rights — including data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent, and the right to complain to a regulator. These are set out in full in Addenda A, B, and C of the Terms of Service, along with the relevant supervisory authorities.
To exercise any right, email jk@leading-real-change.com. We may need to verify your identity first.
Security
Conversation data is isolated per account at the database level. Access by our own personnel is limited to the people named above and is subject to confidentiality obligations. Payment card details never reach our systems.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
Children
Real Change Partner is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we add a sub-processor or materially change how we use your data, we will update this page and notify active subscribers by email. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
